2.4.2. Reviewing stored messages

When messages have been stored, the red LED message indicator light under the Message button will blink the count of new messages waiting. To review stored messages, click the Messages command button. When this is done, the Messages screen (shown below) will display.



To open a message
Click on the checkbox next to the message you want to listen to.

Click the Read command to open the message.

When this is done, any text portions of the message will be displayed in the lower window of the screen.

Use the Listen command to listen to and voice portions of the recorded message.

Use the View command to view any attached image files which were left as part of the message.


To erase a message
Click the checkbox next to the message you want to remove.

Next click the Erase command.

After confirmation, the message will be removed.

Use the Close command to return to the I/Talk screen.
