4. XP Configuration

You will experience problems with receiving calls if you have XP and are using the built in firewall.

To correct this problem and allow I/Talk to receive calls, following the procedure below:

Step 1: Go to the Control Panel and choose Connections. Click on the connection you are using to access the internet.


Step 2: Click on the Advanced tab:


Step 3: Click on the Settings button:


Step 4:Click the Add Button


Step 5: Enter the information requested. You must enable TCP Ports 13000 through 13005.
