2.2.1.3. Job Resources Tab

Shown below is the Job Resources Tab. This tab is reached from the Job Detail Screen/Resources tab option.


This tab is used to specify that a job requires system resources which must be available in order to run the job.

Menu options on this tab
Below is a description of the additional menu options available when this tab is selected.

Resource
Add Ctrl+N
Use this option to add a new resource requirement for the current job definition. When you choose this option, you will be presented with a list of available system resources (use the Manager/Resource Definition screen to enter system resources). Choose one of the resources from the list and choose the File/Accept menu option. This action adds a new entry to the Job Resources grid. To change the number of needed units, use the Resource/Open option.

Open
Opens the current selected Job Resource grid entry for editing. You will be presented with the Edit Job Resource screen.


Delete Resource Entry
Deletes the current selected entry in the job resources grid. You will be prompted to verify the delete request.
