2.3.1.6. Batch Documents Tab



Use this screen to associate document file(s) with this Batch. Document files can be viewed at any time while using the Console Monitor program.

Menu options on this screen
Below is a description of the menu options available on this screen, and what they are used for.

File
Accept Changes Ctrl+S
This option saves any changes you have made to the information on this screen. This option will only be enabled when you have made a change to the detail information on this screen.

Close Batch Documents Esc
Closes this screen. If changes to detail information have been made, you will be prompted to verify if you want to save or discard your changes.

Document
Add Document Ctrl+N
Adds a document association for the Batch being edited. When you choose this action, you will be presented with a list of available documents (defined in the Manager/Document Definition screen). Choose a document to associate and choose the File/Accept menu option. The new entry will be added to the Batch Documents grid.

Delete Document Entry
Removes the document association entry from the Batch definition. This operation does NOT delete the physical file being referenced by the association.

View
Open Document
Attempts to open the current selected document in the Batch Documents grid using the specified viewer program.
