2.6.2. Document Display Selector Screen

Shown below is the Document Display Selector screen.


Use this screen to specify limiting criteria for document records to be shown on the Document Definition Screen. You reach this screen by choosing the view/select menu option on the Document Definition Screen.

Fields on this screen

Selection criteria
You may enter limiting criteria using the document name, description or locker name field. Choose an appropriate operator to apply to the entered text criteria. Available operators are <,<=, =,>=,>,<> and LIKE. Use the LIKE operator to search for any records 'containing' the entered text criteria.

Ordering criteria
You may order the results using document name, description or locker fields. Use the Ascending/Descending option to specify A-Z or Z-A order.

Menu options available on this screen
File
Accept
Accepts any changes you made to the document selection criteria and returns you to the document definition screen, where the requested records will be displayed.

Close
Closes this screen and returns you to the document definition screen. If changes were made you will be prompted to discard or save any changes.

Edit
Clear all selections
Removes all limiting criteria from the screen, and restores the document selections so that all document records will be displayed.
