2.7.6.1. List Details Screen
Shown below is the List Details screen.

Use this screen to maintain the contents of a list. Lists can be used in batch job step definitions For Each In List command. This can be used to run a job a number of times passing the next list member as a parameter to each job,
Fields on this screen
Name
This field is the name of the list. It must be unique, and is used to reference this list from a For Each In List batch step definition. Name can be up to 64 characters, no spaces.
Folder Name
Optional. Use this field to enter or select a Folder Group for this definition. Folder Groups are used to organize objects on the definition screen. When you specify a Folder Name the icons for this will be located in a folder on the Definition screen.
Description
Use this field to enter a description of this list. Description can be up to 255 characters in length.
List Members
This grid shows the current set of members in this list.
Menu options on this screen
Below is a description of the menu options available on this screen, and what they are used for.
File
Save Ctrl+S
This option saves any changes you have made to the draft file. This option will only be enabled when you have made a change to the detail information on the current screen. Changes are saved into the Draft file, and must be checked in to the batch scheduler in order to take effect.
Save And CheckIn
This option saves any changes you have made to the draft file and Checks In the changes to the batch scheduler.
Save As New List
This option lets you save the current information as a New definition. You must change the Name to a unique Name for this operation to be successful.
Validate Draft
This option validates the current open draft document. If errors exist, a message box will display detailing the errors found. You will not be able to check-in a draft which contains errors.
Close List Details Esc
Closes this screen. If changes to detail information have been made, you will be prompted to verify if you want to save or discard your changes.
Edit
Open Member
Select this option when you want to change the value of a list member. You must first click on the list member in the list members grid.
Add Member
Select this option to add a new list member. The item will be added as the last item in the list. Use promote/demote to change the list items order.
Remove Member
This option removes a member from the list. You must first click on the member to remove in the list members grid.
Member
Promote
Moves the selected grid member one row up in the list.
Demote
Moves the selected grid member on row down in the list.
Window
Allows you to rearrange or access the current open windows in the Manager.
