2.7.10.1. User Details Screen
The Batch Scheduler system identifies users by their User Login ID. Each person who has access to the Batch Scheduler system should have their own User Login ID.
If you are using a database such as SQLServer, Oracle or Sybase, you must establish a User Login ID and Password on the database for each user. The User Login ID assigned in the database MUST match the User Login ID specified when you define a user to the Batch Scheduler.
The information provided about each user is utilized by the Batch Scheduler to perform certain functions, such as sending out alerts.
Shown below is a typical User Definition screen. You reach this screen using the Manager Program/User/Edit menu option.

This screen is used to enter or change information about any User defined in the Batch Scheduler system.
