2.9.4. Cleanup Deleted Records
Shown below is the Cleanup Deleted Records utility screen:

You reach this screen by choosing the Manager program/Utilities/Cleanup Deleted Records menu option.
Use this screen to remove records from the database that have been marked for deletion during editing.
Choose the objects you want to cleanup records for and click the OK command.
You will be prompted to verify this action. Once verified, all selected records in the database which have been marked as deleted will be physically removed from the database.
Note: Once you complete this function, the deleted records will no longer be visible using the Show Deleted Records menu options.
