2.4.3.1. Customer General Information Tab

Shown below is the general tab of the customer account screen.



Use the fields on this tab to enter and maintain general information about the customer.

Fields on this tab

Customer Number

Automatically generated customer number. You may enter your own as long as it is unique.

Last Name

Use this field to enter the customer last name.


First Name

Use this field to enter the customer first name.


Company

Use this field to enter the customer company name.


Address

Use this field to enter the customer address. Two lines of address information may be entered.


City

Use this field to enter the customer city.


State

Use this field to enter the customer state.


Zipcode

Use this field to enter the customer zipcode.


Country

Use this field to enter the customer country name.


Phone

Use this field to enter the customer phone number.


FAX

Use this field to enter the customer FAX number.


EMail

Use this field to enter the customer EMail address.
