2.4.4. Customer Order Status

Shown below is the Customer Order Status screen.




Use this screen to view existing orders for a customer.

The New Order command on this screen can be used to create a new order for the open customer account.

Buttons and fields on this tab

New Order

Use this button to create a new order for the currently open customer account.

When this is done, the Customer Order Details screen will be presented. This screen is described in detail in section 2.4.3. of this document.


Edit

Use this button to change an order which has not yet been 'placed'.


Delete

Use this button to delete an order which has not yet been 'placed'.


Current Orders grid

This grid displays any open orders which have been entered into the system for the currently open customer account.


Current Balance

Displays the current outstanding balance on the currently open customer account. This is a display only field.
